Luxury Scottish Executive Airport Transfers TA Luxury SEAT

All of our professional drivers are disclosure Scotland approved. 



All major credit & Debit cards accepted including Amex.

Payments made by credit or debit card will be shown on your statement as “Luxury SEAT”

Variations in your journey from the transfer that you booked may be subject to additional charges (not including road closures & diversions)

Payments made by cheque must be cleared prior to your transfer takes place

Corporate clients will be invoiced for payment to be made within 30days of transfer completion


Complimentary Wait Time

If you have arranged your Luxury SEAT transfer from an airport of rail station, you will qualify for 60 minutes of complimentary wait time, over the time you have booked. Wait time for other bookings will be 15mins.



Luxury Scottish Executive Airport Transfers Ltd, Trading As Luxury SEAT will have our chauffeurs with you and your pre-arranged time. We can advise on the best pick-up times to ensure you reach your destination at your desired time. If you choose to leave earlier or later, Luxury SEAT can not be held liable for any delay or early arrival. 

In the unlikely event of a mechanical breakdown or collision Luxury SEAT will do its best to supply a replacement vehicle that gets you to your destination in a timely fashion. In the absence of negligence on the part of Luxury SEAT, we can not be held responsible or liable for any resulting loss

In the event of adverse weather conditions Luxury SEAT will do everything it can to fulfil the booking obligations but will take guidance from the emergency services regarding fulfilment of such transfers. Any adverse weather affected transfer that results in Luxury SEAT not being able to fulfil a pick-up for a transfer booking will result in a full refund for the client if any pre-paid deposit has been made.

In the event of traffic congestion due to vehicle collisions, roadworks, or any other unforeseen circumstances, it could lead to delays in expected time of arrivals. In these circumstances Luxury SEAT will keep you informed of the new expected time of arrival and can not be held liable or responsible for any resultant delays in either your transfer pick-up, or transfer delivery.



Cancellation of your Luxury Transfer must be made in writing, by email, or direct contact by phone (voicemail cancelation must be followed up by an email if you do not directly speak with any Luxury SEAT member of staff) and must be at least 24hrs from your pre booked pick-up time, to ensure there are no cancelation fees. Cancellation by either of the afore mentioned methods between 12hrs & 24hrs of your pre booked pick up time will result in 50% of your agreed fee being due. Cancellation by any method within 12hrs of your pre booked pick-up time will result in 100% of your agreed fee being due for payment.


Client Responsibilities

Any bookings agreed with Luxury SEAT will be confirmed to you. It is the clients responsibility to check the agreed booking time to ensure that what you have booked is exactly what you require.

Luxury SEAT will endeavour to provide the utmost in client service and expect all of our clients to act in a responsible manner. Any client who creates a need for one of our luxury vehicles to be deep cleaned due to sickness or soiling of any other nature will be charged for deep cleaning as well as time lost at a minimum rate of £150.00. 

Any client who acts in an unruly or threatening manner to any of our chauffeurs will be asked to leave the vehicle as soon as it is safe or be taken to the police if the circumstances dictate this.

Luxury SEAT reserve the right to terminate a booking in the event of any client being found to be incapable of entering the vehicle unassisted because of the use of alcohol or drugs.

Every passenger traveling in the rear of the vehicle has a responsibility under law to wear seatbelt restraints. If you choose not to wear the restraint, you could be liable to prosecution. Any passenger in the front of the vehicle must wear the seatbelt restraint or produce a medical certificate to show they are exempt. Luxury SEAT will not commence the journey unless any passenger travelling in the front of the vehicle is suitably compliant with UK seatbelt restraint law.

Personal property left in any of our vehicles will be returned to our clients at a suitable time by suitable means. Any costs incurred where items have to be posted will have to be met by our client. Luxury SEAT can not accept responsibility in the event of claims by clients of items left in any of our vehicles, which after a thorough search by our staff, are found not to be there.


Route Information

Luxury SEAT chauffeurs will choose the most appropriate road to get to and from desired destinations, taking in to consideration, conditions, emergency services advice and where appropriate, local knowledge from clients. 

Any variation requested by the client which results in additional miles or drop offs/pick-ups, may result in further charges. Additional pick-ups/drop offs should be declared at time of booking, so that sufficient time can be booked to meet your requirements as well as costs agreed by you prior to your transfer.

Luxury SEAT drivers will only park where it is both safe and legal for drop offs/pick-ups. Our drivers will always endeavour to drop off/pick-up our clients as close as is permissible to the requested spot. 



All Luxury SEAT T&C’s apply to wedding vehicle bookings. 

Deposits of 50% require to be paid at time of boking.

Outstanding balances are required to be paid at least 14 days prior to the day of the wedding.

In the event of a cancellation more than 90 days in advance of the wedding, any deposits paid will be returned in full. Any cancellations within 90 days of the wedding will result in the deposit paid, being lost.

Change of dates will be accommodated where possible at no extra cost. Any requested date change where our vehicles are not available will be subject to cancellation fees as stated previously.
